The left-turn signal northbound on Sullivan Road at Huntley Avenue won't change to green for me. Why does it get stuck on red so often?
The left-turn signal operates according to detectors in the pavement. If you stop BEHIND the white stop line, your vehicle will be on the detector that changes the signal to green for you at the appropriate time in the cycle. If you stop past the white stop line, you will not be on the detector and the signal will stay red. Please adhere to the STOP HERE ON RED sign.
