City Council Report: 2016 Audit Released, The Lakes at Woodland Grove did not pass

The Central City Council denied applicant Blake Seguin's PUD-1-16: The Lakes at Woodland Grove at Tuesday's council meeting after a series of deferrals spanning back through 2016. Councilman Ellis and Vance and Councilwoman Fralick voted in favor of a motion made by Councilman Ellis to deny the requested ordinance. Councilman Evans and Messina voted against the denial.

Mayor Shelton appointed Graydon Walker to the Planning & Zoning Commission after a vote by the council, 4-1.

The next City Council Meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 6 p.m. at Kristenwood. As a reminder, all City Council meetings will take place at Kristenwood for the remainder of 2017.
