Public Participation Plan Forum on Thursday, April 6

Jonathan Starns and Tommy Strain, the Applicants and Property Owners, and Louisiana Land Engineering, LLC., the Engineer will hold a Public Participation Plan Forum on Wednesday, April 6, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Central Fire Station, 11646 Sullivan Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70818 in connection with the referenced project, a proposed Planned Unit Development.

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Central will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Kristenwood Meeting Facility, 14025 Greenwell Springs Road, Central, LA 70739 to consider Central Commerce Park, a proposed Planned Unit Development and legally described as:

Lot F-1-C-1-B of the Tommy Strain Property located in Section 43, T-6-S, R-2-E, Greensburg Land District, City of Central, East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

This property is located on the west side of Central Thruway approximately 200’ south of Greenwell Springs Road.
