Re: February 2022 Sales Tax Collections Report

CENTRAL, LA - Monthly sales tax collections within Central for the month of February 2022 amounted to $597,429.39. This represents an 17.13% increase compared to February 2021 and marks the fifth month in a row of sales tax growth compared to 2021 figures.

Motor vehicles sales taxes on vehicle purchases for the month of February 2022 were $130,025.50. This represents a 1.78% decrease compared to February 2021.
