The East Baton Rouge City-Parish Department of Transportation and Drainage Traffic Engineering Division announced today that Gurney Road Bridge (over Drainage Bayou #800449) between Joor Road and Blackwater Road will be closed immediately for emergency bridge repair. The detour route will be Joor Rd to Hooper Rd to Blackwater Rd.
