Mark Miley serves as city clerk for the City of Central. He was elected Justice of the Peace for Ward 3, District 1 in April 2009 and was re-elected without opposition in 2014. He is an attorney at The Miley Law Firm which has been representing clients in Central and the surrounding areas since 1972.
