SPRING 2026 DRAINAGE SUMMIT WEDNESDAY, MAY 13, 2026 This summit will provide residents with valuable insights into the latest flood risk communication tools, updates to drainage system maintenance and improvements, regulatory advancements, and major ongoing projects such as the addition of stormwater detention capacity and channel upgrades.

🚧 Bridge Replacement Project – Liberty Road (LA 409) 🚧 Heads up, drivers! Beginning Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7:00 AM, LA 409 (Liberty Road) will be fully closed in both directions for bridge replacement work. 🛠 What to expect: • Closure Type: Full road closure • Reason: Bridge maintenance & replacement • Estimated Reopening: August 17, 2026 🔁 Detour Routes: • Southbound LA 409: Take LA 959 West → LA 67 South → LA 64 East • Northbound LA 409: Take LA 64 West → LA 67 North → LA 959 East Please plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and follow posted detour signs for your safety.
